Rahul Mukherji

Associate Professor

Rahul Mukherji is an Assistant Professor in the Sports Management department of MBA ESG. He brings over 20 years of experience with corporations like IBM, Accenture, and Dell. His contributions to promoting sports and education have been recognized globally, with invitations to prestigious platforms like the Peace and Sport International Forum in Monaco. His initiatives have also been nominated for the International Peace and Sport Award in 2017 and 2022.

Rahul holds a PG Diploma in Sports Management from the IIM, Rohtak. He has also served as a guest lecturer & adjunct faculty at institutions like the University of South Carolina (USA), Ironwood Sports Management Global Academy (Mumbai), and St. Xavier's College (Kolkata).

Dr Prathima M

Dr Prathima M, who has a PhD in HRM, has been a dedicated and long-serving faculty member in the General Management department of MBA-ESG. With a work experience of 12 years only in the academic sector, Dr Prathima M is highly skilled and expertized in preparing the next batch of business professionals.

Her previous work experience was with the SEA Group of Institutions. A recipient of the ‘Best Faculty Award,’ Dr Prathima M goes by her teaching philosophy and works towards creating a healthy, fostering environment for every student.

Arjun Dutta

Assistant Professor

Arjun Dutta, an MBA post-graduate himself, is a highly experienced professional in the luxury industry. He has an experience of 15 years, including industry and academia.

Mr. Dutta was associated with high-end luxury brands like Louis Vuitton and Mont Blanc. After garnering a substantial amount of expertise and knowledge throughout his 13-year-long corporate career, Mr. Dutta is now dedicated to imparting those skills successfully to his students. He has been teaching Luxury & Fashion Management at MBA-ESG for the past two years.

Outside his work as an Assistant Professor, Mr. Dutta is also proud to represent India as an alliance member with ‘Luxury Experts’ – an illustrious group that is dedicated to supporting high-end brands and luxury houses.

Dr Srinivasan K

Dr Srinivasan K is one of the most experienced faculty members, who has been with MBA-ESG for more than 3 years. With 10 years of Industry experience followed by 15 years in Academics, Dr Srinivasan K dives into his vast well of knowledge and expertise to teach his students in General Management.

Having completed his BE, MBA, PGDPMIR, UGC-NET, PhD in Entrepreneurship, and Post Doctorate in Education Management, Dr Srinivasan then delved into the world of corporate. He was associated with top educational universities like CMR and Presidency. He was also felicitated with the Jyesta Acharya Award and is the editor of the Guinness World Record “The Thickest Book in the World”. Besides this, he has also researched and published various articles in reputed journals.
