- Scholarships are awarded based on established eligibility criteria. You must meet the eligibility requirements to receive your scholarship.

With the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic, the world has significantly changed, and we are in the dawn of a new era. Schools and colleges have been closed in this new normal, but learning never stops as most institutions embraced online education. Offices have been closed, yet employees continue to remain productive by embracing digital and technological innovations; governments had to change their style of governance radically; they had to act, be proactive and increase their focus on the health and well-being of their citizens. Travel almost reached a standstill, yet we remain more connected with everyone than before. This new normal has redefined how we think, work, interact and engage with our peers, family, and society. The pandemic has created new challenges and opportunities, while some of our old problems still exist.
The emotional toll the outbreak has on us is another important lesson from this global pandemic. The frustration as to whether we have a job we can return to is undoubtedly high on the list. But it is the agony of a sudden unstructured life for parents as their kids’ schooling has become virtual and practically non-existent. Students are unsure of when they will go back to higher education. Yet, one thing that COVID-19 has taught us is that we are resilient.
Individuals will shape the New future through innovation, human resilience, and our ability to adapt and respond positively to difficult circumstances.
We at MBA ESG would like to support and encourage young talented students who challenge the status quo, think out of the box, possess an intellectual curiosity to learn, and empower themselves to become active citizens and positive change-makers who will contribute to the new future.
Students must create a poster explaining how they fit well with the ILEAD scholarship’s values and how they will influence shaping the new future.
With COVID wrecking the lives of the people across the globe, there is no dearth of the problems faced by different communities/ ethnicities/ countries/ states, etc. The iLEAD Scholarship aims to develop an innovative, environment-friendly solution to fix the problem using the terms of the acronym ILEAD Scholarship.

The news is full of reports and updates on the issues we face. From the worldwide pandemic to climate change, to the increased rates of gender discrimination, to the many individuals who live without access to medical care, it can often feel like there are too many.
Where do you even begin? Which problems need to be tackled first? And can one person bring about any change?
Well, you can! End of story. You could be the next social reformer of tomorrow. All you need to do is carefully study the common societal concerns in disarray or if there are other social-economic issues, you feel there is a need to act upon.
The idea is to find out the common/serious problems plaguing the world and create a solution to fix the issue you choose for the project. The solution you propose must comprise the acronyms that make up ILEAD, which are mentioned above.
Step 01:
- Submission should be done on A3-sized posters that should be either scanned or digitally made.
- The format should be either PDF or JPG, and each poster’s size should not exceed the recommended size.
- The first round of selection will be based on three categories:
– UG Marks ( All Semesters)
– Poster Making
– Documents showing achievements in the Sports or Luxury domain
– Shortlisted students will compete in the final round.

Step 02:
- Students are to present their posters in front of a jury online.
- Students will be allotted 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q/A session.
- The format for the presentation can either be PPT/Keynote/PDF and should be submitted before the given deadline.
- Applicants should present the file that they submitted to us. Any other doc or addition will not be entertained.
- The date of the presentation will be: (to be decided and communicated along with Step 01 results)
Step 03:
A jury of both academic and industry experts will attend the presentations and will assign the scholarship according to the following criteria:
- Understanding the actual world and its challenges.
- Formulate the right design question and brief.
- Exhaustivity of the creation phase
- Relevance of the final choice
- Relevance of the concepts, shape, and technical solutions
- Oral quality of the presentation
- The visual quality of the presentation.
- The overall effect of the presented concept.

The Sustainable Innovation in Sport poster should include how professional sport can reduce its carbon footprint; and how sustainable innovation be used in developing projects at the grassroots level.

Merit Scholarship
- The scholarship will be offered to students securing an aggregate of 80% marks in classes X & XII in the CBSE/ ICSE / State Examination Board.
- Extraordinary performance in sports, performing arts, and other extra-curricular activities will also be considered for this scholarship.
- Scholarships will be allotted for the first semester in merit order to eligible candidates.
- Scholarships will be awarded based on Merit only.
In-State Scholarships
- Scholarships under this category will be offered to Karnataka domicile students.
- Students should have and be able to present a permanent residence certificate or any other valid proof of domicile.
- Scholarships will be allotted for the first semester to eligible candidates.
- The number of scholarships is limited and will be awarded on a first-come basis.
Girl Student Scholarship
- Scholarship on tuition fees for girls taking admission in any of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs for the 2021 Intake.
- Scholarships will be allotted for the first semester to eligible candidates.
