Fendi was founded in 1925 by Edoardo and Adele Fendi. The summer/ spring collection of 2008, presented on the Great Wall of China, has 88 models and 88 metres of the catwalk; the number 88 is considered lucky in Chinese culture. Karl Lagerfield shot the brand to its present fame. Fendi is currently an LVMH brand.
