Popularly known as ‘fashion’s biggest night out’ Met Gala is one of the most coveted fashion events and brings in the biggest names of luxury houses and celebrities together on the Met Gala red carpet for fundraising benefits.
For 2023, the Met Gala theme was ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A line of Beauty’ to honor Karl Lagerfeld, a global iconic name in the world of fashion. The event is hosted at the MET every year in the first week of May attracting celebrities, designers, and industry insiders. Indian representation at the MET Gala
Priyanka Chopra Jonas
Priyanka was twinning in black with her husband Nick Jonas. She wore a black Valentino dress. Chopra made heads turn when she was spotted wearing Bulgari’s most special piece, the Laguna Blu. The diamond is one of the rarest in the world and weighs close to 11.16 carats which was seen for the first time in a diamond chain necklace setting.

Alia Bhatt
Known for her surreal roles and impeccable acting skills, Alia Bhatt made her debut at the Met Gala this year looking radiant and beaming in her pearl-encrusted gown from the ace Asian designer Prabal Gurung. She wore natural diamond rings, pearls, and diamond earrings from Malabar Gold and Diamonds.
Isha Ambani
Paying homage to Karl Lagerfeld’s one of the most favourite colour palette, Isha wore an outfit by Prabal Gurung. She wore a black silhouette covered in white pearls and her diamonds were talking loud about a maximalism look. She wore an XXL diamond neck stack, solitaire earrings, and a custom hand accessory known as haathphool – all by Larriance Schwartz.

Natasha was looked graceful and majestic in her Schiaparelli gown, a brilliantly structured silver gown from the global designer house. She completed her look with a diamond hair jewel on her sleek ponytail.

The iconic pop star made sure all eyes were on her with her entrance and look. She was joined by ASAP Rocky, and the headlines read as Mum and dad’s night out. She wore Valentino with Belperron earrings and an epic Bulgari necklace to finish her surreal look.
Jared Leto
A sure head turner at every Met Gala for a few years now, Jared Leto wore a cat costume with whiskers, plush paws, and incredibly real blue eyes. Leto paid homage to Karl’s cat Choupette with this look.

The global singer turned heads when she stepped on the red carpet wearing a Tiffany & Co. Lucida Star Necklace. Being the first one to ever wear this reset diamond, the fancy Yellow natural diamond is a 128.54-carat cut. She was also styled in a Chanel Bride look from the 1992 Chanel Fall Couture show collection.
Anne Hathaway
Anne was offering us all vintage feels wearing a stunning atelier Versace in white and paired her look with Bulgari diamonds. Her ensemble was a body-hugging white tweed Versace gown, a strapless piece along with a thigh-high leg slit. The cut-outs on the dress here held together by the brand’s iconic gold safety pins. Her look was finished by matching tweed opera gloves and a pair of white platform pumps.

Looking whimsical and charming, Nicole wore a Chanel gown she was spotted wearing in 2004 for Chanel No. 5 ad shot.
