Dr Prathima M, who has a PhD in HRM, has been a dedicated and long-serving faculty member in the General Management department of MBA-ESG. With a work experience of 12 years only in the academic sector, Dr Prathima M is highly skilled and expertized in preparing the next batch of business professionals.
Her previous work experience was with the SEA Group of Institutions. A recipient of the ‘Best Faculty Award,’ Dr Prathima M goes by her teaching philosophy and works towards creating a healthy, fostering environment for every student.
