She has held responsibilities such as Personal Assistant for VIP Clients of luxury brands such as Richemont, Lexus, Maserati, Club Med, etc. She worked as a Concierge Manager for Visa Infinite and Mastercard Platinum, mainly sourcing strategies to meet their sophisticated requests, implementing client loyalty programs, and analysing operational data/CRM to always enhance their satisfaction.
She always has a 360°client centric vision. She is fluent in English and Italian.
Academically, she has a French MBA with a major in Marketing and Luxury Business from MBA ESG Paris as well as various certifications from the International Concierge Institute and the Luxury Attitude Academy.
