Looking at the positive statistics of the hospitality industry in India, it wouldn’t be surprising if it becomes the number one employer in the country over the course of time.

But there may be pressing questions you may have about the MBA in Hospitality Management program, for which you might be wanting answers.

In this article, we answer the three most important questions you may have about MBA ESG’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management program – the eligibility for admission, the duration of the course, and the fees.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management program from MBA ESG, you should be a graduate. This means you should have completed a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a recognized board of education. While the primary qualification by which MBA ESG assesses its prospective students is a passion for the hospitality industry, it is desirable to have an aggregate of at least 50% in your graduation.

The most interesting aspect of the admissions process at MBA ESG is that it does not require you to sit for any qualifying MBA exam such as the CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. As mentioned before, passion is one of the main qualifications that you should have for the industry. And, of course, there isn’t a test out there which can measure the amount of passion one has for a subject. Hence, our students are those who actively seek to improve their skill sets in industries they prefer and choose to take the road less traveled by others. This puts them on the fast-track to success.

Duration

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management program is, as any MBA program, offered for a duration of two-years. It is a full-time program with classes being held from morning to evening. Currently, there aren’t any part-time programs or short-term courses available for hospitality at MBA ESG, Bangalore.

Fees

If you are an Indian student, your investment for the course will be INR 3,50,000 per year, which amounts to a total of INR 7,00,000. In case you are a foreign student wishing to study in India and are interested in pursuing the course, you will have to invest INR 4,00,000 per year. So, your total fees will come up to INR 8,00,000.

An important point to note is that the fee indicated above is ONLY FOR THE TUITION. The two-week Paris trip and other miscellaneous fees are not included in it.
